and tons of photographs for those wishing to move or redecorate.

Know Thyself:

The Science of Self-Awareness, The Science of Self-Awareness by Stephen M. Fleming. He writes with humility and wants his readers to learn to understand and think about how their mind works. He does research on metacognition, the awareness and understanding of one’s own thought process. In my correspondence with him, he told me that research on ADHD and metacognition is a subject that he wishes to do in the future.

Driving with Ease, by Russ Mitchell. “By helping you deepen your understanding of how you organize your body, this book will show you how you can turn a daily chore most people dread into something you can look forward to that leaves you feeling refreshed and ready to drive”. The back cover copy says it best. I learned to drive later in life, and this book was instrumental in helping me cope with the stress of driving in Tampa.
